What is more difficult for you.......?

Some people have a problem with eye contact while having a conversation......some don't. Maybe it has to do with what is being discussed. The question

is:

What is more difficult for you; looking into someone’s eyes when you are telling them how you feel, or looking into someone’s eyes when they are telling

you how they feel? Why?

its not difficult for me to looking in someone`s eyes during talk.
