Which sitemap is better?

IS it necessary to have both xml and html sitemap on a website?

Xml sitemap is search engine friendly while html sitemap is user friendly or you can say html sitemap is helpfull for visitors.

It's recommendable to have both XML and HTML sitemap as they help more on crawling the entire site. HMTL/Physical sitemap can help browsers too in navigating every part of big sites.

XML site map and HTML sitemap . both are good . but XML site map is important part of Search Engine Optimization .

I think both both HTML and XML sitemaps are important.

HTML sitemap is used to list all hyperlinks of different sections and pages of your blog/website. These hyperlinks are normally listed hierarchically and they may provide description for each link.
