Your site looks really good. Your products seem to be really professional and specialized so I think that you should be doing well with some good SEO targeting.
I would like to add that i think that you should maybe consider modifying the header image of your site. In fact the image of the printer is kind of low-quality, slightly dark and it doesnt make such a good impression at first. This is a details but trust me it matters.
You can head over to istockphoto.com, buy a good image of a printer and ask your designer to rework the header with it.
Ideally, you could have a slider (displaying your products for instance) in place of a static header image. I would recommend "Easy Slider" (google it), with this you will be able to have a really neat effect (we use a simplified version of easy slider on our homepage, see signature link)
